Your journey starts with our four-week paid training program in Newark, DE. An immersive experience that often feels like a reset. It’s a chance to step into a new career, sharpen technical skills, and build relationships with a teammates learning alongside you. By the time training ends, you won’t just understand the work - you’ll be more confident, and a part of a community that supports each other in and out of the field.
We also believe in transparency. This training prepares technically skilled individuals for real field work. Success requires a basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking. If you’re completely new to these areas, this role may not yet be the right fit.
Work + Travel, Combined.
You’ll experience new towns, tackle unique projects, and earn all your own travel rewards while working directly with customers across North America. There is no office to report to, and you’ll be away from home while you’re working.
Fair Pay That Grows With You.
Starting base salary $62,000–$75,000, depending on location, education, and experience.
You’ll also receive per diem for meals, mileage reimbursement, utilization bonuses, weekend bonuses and more. We don’t have endless budgets, but we do have trust, teamwork, and appreciation of knowing every person by name.
