Job Responsibilities:
Attend field service tasks like installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs as per customer agreements.
Follow all safety and legal compliance requirements while working.
Able to write service reports in clear and grammatically correct English.
Meet the agreed response and resolution times for service requests.
Regularly reconcile fresh and defective materials within set schedules.
Manage issued spares and tools properly, including returning defective items as per company norms.
Close service calls promptly and inform relevant parties manually or digitally according to procedures.
Requirements:
ITI OR Diploma Freshers (Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Mechanical).
Ability to work in flexible timings and to adapt to changing work schedules.
Willing to travel extensively.
The candidate should have android smart phone.
The candidate should have personal vehicle and driving license.
Basic Knowledge of computers & Mobile applications (E-Mail handling, MS Office, Excel, etc.)
