Field Service Engineer
Location: Stamford CT, USA - F2F interview

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Single Pass Inkjet presses in the corrugated market. The role involves machine installation, troubleshooting, on-site maintenance, and operator training to ensure peak performance. Candidates should have a strong electrical/mechanical repair background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial printing equipment.
• Support production ramp-up and train operators.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and log activities.
• Ensure timely part management and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with customers and HQ team for issue resolution.
• Travel (domestic/international) as required.

Requirements:
High School diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), prior equipment repair experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and knowledge of industrial inkjet/pre-press (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,195.15 - $75,000.07 per year
