Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Multi-Trade Commercial Equipment Installer / Facilities Technician to support both equipment installation and facility service & maintenance across commercial restaurant and retail environments.

This role is ideal for a technician who can not only install equipment but also perform light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finish work—allowing projects to be completed end-to-end without reliance on multiple trades.

You will be part of a fast-paced field team working on installations, remodels, and service projects, with a strong emphasis on night work and travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Install commercial restaurant and kitchen equipment according to specifications
• Modify and adapt installations to fit existing site conditions
• Perform minor wall repair, patching, and finishing
• Install and work with stainless steel sheeting and components
• Complete light carpentry and finish work as needed
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks related to equipment installation
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code requirements
• Travel to job sites and complete overnight work as required
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing commercial restaurant or food service equipment (required)
• Multi-trade experience strongly preferred (construction, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to perform light carpentry, wall repair, and finishing work
• Experience working with stainless steel materials
• Welding experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and adapt in the field
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Work Requirements

• Primary schedule includes night/overnight work
• Willingness to travel regularly for projects
• Ability to lift, move, and install heavy equipment
• Comfortable working in active construction and renovation environments
• Ability to handle physically demanding work in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $34.00 per hour
