Job Title: Field Service Technician

Qualification: Diploma / IT

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of Home Automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and service DNX, DSC/Security Systems, CCTV, and Networking solutions.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and provide technical support to clients.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites (outstation travel 2–3 days/week required).

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical and Home Automation systems.
• Good knowledge of DNX, DSC/Security Systems, CCTV Installation, and Networking.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years experience in electrical and Home Automation
• Should have a two wheeler with valid driving licence
• Willingness to travel out of town 2 or 3 days a week (must).
• Sound knowledge in DNX, DSC/Security System, CCTV Installation and Networking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
