As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for helping clients install, repair and maintain equipment as well as showing customers how to use their equipment. The equipment you will be working on are forklifts, conveyor belts, wrapping machines, pick carts, material handling equipment and potentially other types of equipment.

Responsibilities for the Field Service Technician are:

· Troubleshooting equipment

· Advising customers on how to use equipment

· Building relationships and rapport with customers

· Following company procedures

· Create reports and invoices for customer service calls

· Complete all appointments in any given day

· Make equipment recommendations to customers

The qualifications of a Field Service Technician are:

· Two years of experience in a similar role

· Maintenance/Technician experience

· High School diploma or GED equivalent

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to stay self-motivated and manage schedule

· Ability to work independently at the customer's establishment

· Ability to lift up to 55 pounds

· Valid drivers license and the ability to be insured by company insurance (clean driving record)

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
