Field Service Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Technician for Driving Simulator installations and service support at Government RTO locations. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively and handle both technical and customer-facing responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Installation, testing, and commissioning of Driving Simulator systems at RTO sites
• Attending service calls, breakdown issues, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Operating System installation, system configuration, and debugging
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, sensors, and simulator parts
• Coordination with internal technical teams for issue resolution
• Handling customer interactions professionally at Govt RTO offices
• Maintaining service records, reports, and site visit documentation

Required Skills

• Strong computer knowledge (OS installation, software & hardware troubleshooting)
• Basic understanding of electronics / IT / mechanical components
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
• Customer management & service attending experience
• Willingness to travel extensively across locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / BE / BTech (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or related fields)
• Prior experience in field service, installations, or technical support is an added advantage

Other Requirements

• Travel interest is mandatory
• Ability to work at Government RTO environments
• Good communication and reporting skills

Salary : 20000 to 25000 Per Month
