Field Service Technician

Quantum Pump and Controls LLC provides and services equipment for various applications, including Irrigation, Booster Systems, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Water Augmentation, and Water Transfer Systems to cities, towns, and businesses across Colorado.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing new equipment, troubleshooting system/equipment issues, performing repairs, conducting maintenance, occasional fabrication, and shop work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform field service and maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment including removing, repairing and installing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to determine how to best address and rectify system issues.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components (ex. pumps, motors, valves, variable frequency drives, etc.)
- Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize computerized management systems to track work orders and document repairs
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and industrial maintenance
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Experience in field service or related roles, preferably in an industrial setting
- Familiarity with computerized management systems
- Basic welding skills for minor repairs or modifications
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of electrical/pumping systems is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $42.00 per hour
