We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Olive Branch-based team. If you're highly motivated, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this could be the opportunity for you.

Position Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, start-ups, and warranty work on compressed air equipment. You will work independently in the field and report directly to the local Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and service on compressed air systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using tools and laptop diagnostics.
• Conduct start-ups and commissioning of new equipment.
• Complete repairs and warranty work in compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Accurately document work performed and complete service reports in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service performed and additional repair needs.
• Maintain parts inventory and upkeep of assigned service vehicle.
• Track time, travel, and expenses daily.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and service truck.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency service support.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or relevant field experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience in HVAC/R, refrigeration, or air conditioning a strong plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and general construction knowledge.
• Familiarity with A/C and D/C electrical systems.
• Proficiency with laptops and diagnostic software tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
