Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician’s position most prominent responsibilities will be:

Summary: We are seeking a skilled field service technician to join our dynamic team in the United States. In this role, you will fill a vital role for our organization by providing the following services for our customers: 1) acid flushing induction power supplies, 2) preventative maintenance for induction power supplies, and emergency field service. This position will require up to 90% travel.

Responsibilities

• Acid flush water paths in induction power supplies utilizing a citric acid solution.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Document the repair process and keep accurate records.
• Collaborate with customers, coworkers, and engineering.
• Ensure that repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience with electronic and/or machine repair.
• Proficiency with digital multi-meters, soldering iron, function generators, oscilloscopes, high pots, etc.
• Strong understanding of electrical components and circuitry.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
• Good communication skills
• Prior experience in manufacturing/industrial setting and/or military experience is preferred.
• Electronics or mechanically related hobbies such as Ham Radio

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule: 8 hour shifts
