What You’ll Do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical systems (motors, photo eyes, limit switches, E-stops, etc.)
Identify and procure parts needed to complete service/maintenance
Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after work; secure approvals as needed
Document work: complete work orders, customer forms, POs, timecards, and related paperwork accurately and on time
Promote services: identify opportunities with existing customers; provide literature and basic proposals
Maintain your service vehicle: routine maintenance, inventory/supplies, cleanliness
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for our 24-hour service line
Support installations of new or used material handling systems as needed

What We’re Looking For

Field Service experience (required)
Experience with preventive/corrective maintenance on industrial or material handling equipment
Electrical experience (220VAC & 24VDC) preferred
Welding ability a plus
Able to work independently and also collaborate with CEI techs, subcontractors, or install crews
Comfortable with Windows-based software and using a computer for diagnostics/documentation
Clear written communication; paperwork completed on time
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Background check and drug test required
