NITROcrete, a Cryogenic Industrial Solutions company, is looking for a Field Operations Technician to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ area to support customer sites throughout the Western region. NITROcrete provides innovative concrete temperature control technology to the ready-mix concrete industry. The Field Operations Technician is responsible for the safe and timely installation, maintenance, service, and calibration of NITROcrete Systems and/or Industrial Gas Systems across the South Central region and the US. Technicians ensure the proper function of systems while maintaining excellent communication with HQ, regional management, and customers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
May indirectly supervise less experienced technicians or contractors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3-5 years’ experience in ready-mix production/maintenance, construction, industrial gas/ cryogenics or related field.
Core Competencies
Language
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate volume.
Reasoning
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
Ability to use a laptop, MS Office Software, and Internet Software
Education
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Work Location
Based out of Phoenix but traveling to locations across the United States of America
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
