Field Service Technician, Electrical, SPO/FLEXO

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician (FST), Electrical, for the SPO/ Flexo product line. The FST provides timely and efficient machine repairs and installations primarily for customers. This individual will serve as the front-line representative for the BOBST product range.

• 90% TRAVEL REQUIRED – Candidates must have flexibility to travel extensively throughout US and Canada. Ideal candidate located within 1 hour from a major international airport.

The FST is at the core of an extensive support network of service personnel worldwide. This trusted advisor is the key customer representative, responsible for confirming, clarifying, and meeting the customers’ expectations at every stage of contact and on every service, project relating to our machines. The FST possesses a strong background in the principles of electrical and mechanical engineering. They think logically and enjoy solving problems with creativity, diligence and above all else, focus on excellent customer service.
