Field Service Technician Laser cutting machine

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality service and maintenance on various industrial equipment. This role requires a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently in the field.

Duties

·Installation, debugging, and maintenance of laser machines, bending, automation, and machine tools. Provide training to customers and perform equipment maintenance.

·Collect, organize, and provide feedback on equipment issues.

·Use communication tools such as phone, email, and apps to provide remote guidance and resolve equipment problems.

·Prepare service reports or logs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical automation, electromechanical integration, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.

·Ability to read mechanical and circuit diagrams.

·Proficient in using various measuring and testing tools such as multimeters and calipers.

·Proficiency and effective communication in English with customers regarding equipment issues, bilingual preferred .

·Good communication and coordination skills.

·Ability to adapt to frequent business trips
