Field Service Technician(Gujarat -Ahmedabad)

Utvyakta Solutions an Industry 4.0 systems integration solutions provider with offices in India, Sweden,USA & Eurpoe is looking for a Field technician (either fresher or one year exp) for its Ahmadabad ,Gujarat office.

We're looking for a Field technician who's passionate about solving engineering challenges in the manufacturing landscape and will be primarily involved in installation & commissioning, properly test ,validate the installation, deployment, design, development of new features, legacy upgrades, optimize the performance of our IoT led remote asset monitoring systems, and its associated hardware.

Please note-This position will involve significant travel to work in our client’s location to assist in installation, deployment, reporting and support the end to end development, production process enabled by our solution.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

Responsibilities and Duties

● Troubleshooting of issues that may arise in the functioning of Utvyakta’s Industrial IoT solution, peripherals, computers, software, and other hardware.

● Design, specify, configure, and install various electronic and digital systems.

● Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets.

● Begin to proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.

● Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance of the rotating equipment's such as compressors/motors etc.,

● Attending breaks down calls and carrying out proper fault diagnosis to improve the quality of defects and reduce repeats.

● Providing technical support and assistance to the customers in using the solution.

● Responsible for 100% customer satisfaction, preventive maintenance, timely and proper documentation of issues.

● Providing technical support to other Engineers as and when required.

● Should have Good PC hardware, little software, and networking knowledge.

● Should have strong experience in problem-solving tools and effective resolution of customer complaints and defects that arise.

Key Skills

Knowledge of soldering electronic devices. Basic Understanding of electronic components and PCB ,Soldering . Problem-solving ability,

Education: Apply diploma in Mech/ECE /EEE /Mech and Fresher Diploma in EEE & ECE& Mech can also apply from Gujarat region. This position belongs to Ahmedabad, Gujarat . Immediate joiner preferred. Training will be provided .

Experienced and knowledge on soldering & electronic components, integration with a drive to travel shall also be preferred. Only male candidates can apply for the position .
