Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to provide both onsite and remote service and support for our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) instruments , ensuring optimal system performance. You will also collaborate with various teams to enhance service quality and customer experience.
