Field Solar Sales Officer (Trade & EPC)

Job Summary:

Royal Solar Energy (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring an experienced Field Solar Sales Officer to manage both Trade (solar products) and EPC (solar projects) sales. The role includes field visits, client management, and closing solar deals in residential and commercial and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Sell solar products (inverters, batteries, solar panels)
• Close EPC solar installation projects
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site surveys
• Build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• 1 to 1.5 years of solar sales experience (mandatory)
• Experience in Trade or EPC solar sales preferred
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Field sales experience required
• Target-oriented and energetic personality
• Local residence preferred
