Field Specialist

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals

Build strong product awareness and doctor advocacy

Support surgeons and accounts with product knowledge and usage

Identify new opportunities and support sales growth

Follow up on product performance and account activity

🔹 Requirements

Medical background (Pharmacy, Science, etc.) – Mandatory

0–2 years experience in ophthalmology or medical devices (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

Willingness to work field-based with daily visits
