About the Role
If you have spent time on construction sites managing quality — doing inspections, raising NCs, maintaining checklists, and ensuring work meets IS code standards — this role is built for you.
As a Field Success Engineer, you will be the bridge between the construction site and our software. You will use your on-ground experience to help clients implement digiQC into their real workflow — from inspection checklists to NC management to quality test reports.
Your site experience is not just a qualification here — it is your biggest strength.
What You Will Do
1. Understand Client Quality Processes & Implement digiQC
- Understand how the client currently manages quality on site — their inspection formats, checklist structure, NC process, site workflow, and how quality information flows across departments.
- Map their existing process onto digiQC and guide them step by step until they are using it regularly as part of their daily site routine.
2. Be the Point of Contact for Clients on Site & Office
- Stay in regular touch with site engineers, QA/QC managers, and project heads to check how things are going and ensure they are getting full value from digiQC.
3. Visit Client Sites Whenever Required
- Travel to construction sites to stay in touch with site teams, support smooth rollout of digiQC at ground level, and stay up to date with current construction technologies and site practices.
4. Collect Feedback & Communicate it to the Product Team
- Capture feedback from site engineers and quality managers and pass it to the product team in a structured way — explaining the site problem clearly, why it matters on ground, and what improvement will make their work easier.
5. Client Usage Monitoring & Review
- Regularly check how actively each client is using digiQC — which modules and workflows they are using regularly and which ones are being skipped or left unused.
- Proactively reach out to clients who are not using digiQC to its full potential, understand the reason, and work with them through hands-on guidance, live demonstrations, or refresher walkthroughs to get them back on track.
6. Understand & Document Client Exit
- If a client stops using digiQC, investigate the root cause — was it a process mismatch, a training gap, or a product limitation? Document the reason clearly and share the findings with the team to prevent it from happening again.
Who Should Apply
- Graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma with strong site experience)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in construction quality control, site supervision, or QA/QC
- Familiar with site quality processes — inspections, checklists, NCs, snag lists, IS codes, and quality test reports
- Someone who understands the ground reality of construction quality and wants to make it better using technology
- Comfortable with both site visits and office-based client interactions
