Field Superintendent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Superintendent to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a pivotal member of our construction management team, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex pipeline and heavy civil projects, utilizing your expertise in construction management software and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Oversee safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents; ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets industry standards and contractual requirements; address any deficiencies promptly.
• Oversee budgeting activities including cost tracking, change order management, and resource allocation using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools.
• Supervise on-site personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high team productivity.
• Maintain comprehensive records of daily activities, safety incidents, progress reports, and project documentation for transparency and accountability.
• Enforce strict adherence to contracts and project specifications while managing potential risks proactively.

Experience

• Proven high end luxury residential construction site experience with a strong background in construction management.
• Demonstrated supervising experience leading diverse teams in complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools for scheduling and document control.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations along with practical experience implementing safety programs on-site.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control procedures.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
