Job Summary

Tameer is seeking a motivated and dependable Field Superintendent to support our Project Managers and oversee daily field operations on construction and HVAC projects. This role is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, highly organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced company. The Field Superintendent will assist with coordinating field activities, managing crews and subcontractors, tracking project progress, resolving jobsite issues, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Position Overview:

Tameer is a fast growing company working in the tri-state area and specializing in installing and servicing air conditioning, heating, ventilation, & refrigeration for residential, commercial and government sectors. This Is a full time position.

• Do you have at least 7 years of MEP Site Superintendent Mechanical Engineer experience to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems, with a focus on HVAC, for our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination and field operations.
• Supervise field crews, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to Project Managers and leadership.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control reviews.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, manpower planning, and workflow coordination.
• Respond to urgent field situations and help implement effective solutions.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage company vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, repairs, and general upkeep.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to overall project success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of field experience in construction, HVAC, mechanical systems, facilities, or related industries.
• Experience coordinating field activities, crews, or subcontractors.
• Ability to work independently while supporting Project Managers and company leadership.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing field conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Quick learner with a strong desire to grow professionally.
• Active, sharp, and solution-oriented.
