Field Superintendent - Commercial Millwork

Montbleau & Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Superintendent to oversee commercial architectural millwork installation projects across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and can successfully manage crews, coordinate trades, and drive projects forward with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule performance.

This role serves as the primary on-site representative for Montbleau & Associates and is responsible for ensuring installations are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise installation crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate daily field operations with project management, clients, and trade partners
• Manage jobsite safety, scheduling, material deliveries, and quality control
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project progress
• Interpret drawings and installation details for field teams
• Maintain daily reports, documentation, and communication with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of commercial millwork installation experience
• Proven leadership experience managing crews of 10–30 personnel
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and technical details
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
