Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly proactive and hands-on Field Supervisor to join our BEEAH Abu Dhabi team. This role is responsible for organizing workload, planning tasks, allocating work to labors & Foreman and monitoring team performance, to effectively implement the Operations plan with regards to Cleansing Services and Waste Collection.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily waste collection (general, green, bulk, recyclable) and cleaning of public areas including tunnels, bus stops, and washrooms.
  • Ensure task completion by field teams and monitor sector performance during shifts.
  • Train laborers on-the-job and enforce safety through regular toolbox talks.
  • Use PDA devices to manage notifications and assign tasks to drivers.
  • Respond to complaints and incidents within SLA timelines and report updates accordingly.
  • Track team attendance, verify site presence, and submit data to admin.
  • Maintain strong community relations and represent the company positively.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, monitor worker behavior, and resolve field issues.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
  • Enforce HSE compliance, report incidents promptly, and participate in safety initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Secondary School Certificate, High School Certificate, or Diploma in any discipline.
  • 3–7 years of experience in field/site supervision, with at least 3 years in waste management operations within the GCC region.
  • Bilingual proficiency required – Intermediate verbal and written English, with communication skills in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic.


Skills:

  • Team Supervision & Leadership – Ability to lead, train, and manage field staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Operational Coordination – Skilled in managing daily waste collection and cleanliness activities across various public areas.
  • Communication & Reporting – Capable of clear communication with teams, management, and the public; able to use digital tools like PDAs for task tracking and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving & Complaint Resolution – Proactive in addressing field issues, handling complaints, and ensuring timely resolution as per client KPIs.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – Strong understanding of HSE practices and ability to enforce safety protocols among team members.
  • Multilingual Communication – Effective communication in English and regional languages (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic) to manage a diverse workforce and liaise with local communities.
