We are searching for a skilled and reliable Field Supervisor to lead residential exterior construction projects. This dynamic, hands-on leadership role provides a fantastic platform for growth while addressing exciting challenges in construction management. You will oversee roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and decks, ensuring top-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and on-time, within-budget delivery. This is not a desk role, making it perfect for individuals passionate about the field who are ready to take their career to the next level with a rapidly growing company. You will work directly with the head project manager.

Primary Responsibilities Project Oversight:

• Supervise day-to-day field operations on construction sites.
• Ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and agreed schedules.

Team Leadership:

• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and field crews.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to on-site workers, helping them excel.

Quality Control:

• Monitor workmanship to meet the highest quality standards and the signature "Porter Family Exterior Way."
• Conduct inspections and quickly address any deficiencies.

Safety Management:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all job sites comply with regulations.

Scheduling:

• Maintain and update daily work schedules, keeping the project manager informed about progress or delays.
• Coordinate and meet with Township Inspectors.
• Allocate tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and avoid disruptions.

Material Management:

• Oversee material deliveries and inspect for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure all materials ordered arrive as planned and fit project requirements.

Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and project managers, ensuring quality customer service.
• Provide clear daily updates, promptly address concerns, and ensure smooth communication.

Problem Solving:

• Identify and resolve on-site issues or conflicts with efficiency and professionalism.
• Create and manage change orders for tasks outside the initial scope of work.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, incidents, and change orders.
• Complete detailed daily jobsite notes, pictures, and material logs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Service
• Background and confident knowledge in exterior remodeling (preferred but not required; we take pride in training the right candidates).
• Proficiency in technology, including phone apps and computers.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Bilingual applicants are a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
