Field Supervisor – Security (Austin/Houston Travel Required)

Pay: $19/hour (Austin main office)

Security Reconnaissance Team, Inc. is hiring a dependable and professional Field Supervisor to oversee security operations and support field officers. This role requires regular travel between Austin and Houston and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers across assigned sites
• Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with company standards
• Respond to incidents and provide on-site guidance
• Complete reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Promote a safe, professional environment for clients and team members

Requirements

• Valid Level II Non‑Commissioned (Unarmed) Texas security license (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and a working cell phone (no Wi-Fi–only phones)
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Drug-free; must pass a criminal background check
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Professional appearance, sound judgment, and dependability
• Strong report writing and incident management skills
