Field Supervisor / Operations Manager

We are looking for a strong leader to take control of day-to-day job site operations and crew performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for making sure jobs are done right, on time, and that crews are working efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily job sites and crew performance
• Ensure work is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule
• Hold crews accountable for productivity and quality
• Communicate with ownership on progress, issues, and scheduling
• Train and guide crew members when needed
• Step in and help on jobs when necessary

• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or masonry preferred
• Masonry experience is a big plus
• Someone who takes pride in quality work and runs a tight job site
• Reliable, organized, and motivated
