Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time
Pay: $20 per hour + mileage reimbursement + performance bonuses

About Us

Pearlie Sue Cleaning is a Chicago-based, woman-owned cleaning company built on integrity, care, and consistency. Since 2018, we’ve proudly served homes, offices, construction sites, and daycares throughout the Chicagoland area. We’re expanding and looking for a reliable, people-oriented Field Supervisor to help manage operations and support our growing team.

Position Overview

The Field Supervisor acts as the connection between management and cleaning staff — ensuring jobs run smoothly, clients are satisfied, and new opportunities are developed. This role includes both fieldwork and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with cleaning staff to confirm schedules, job arrivals, and completions
• Conduct walk-through inspections to ensure all work meets Pearlie Sue Cleaning’s standards
• Assist with client walkthroughs and estimates when needed
• Help schedule appointments and follow up with clients after service
• Go door-to-door or visit businesses to assist with marketing and lead generation
• Train and onboard new hires to ensure they understand cleaning standards, company procedures, and client expectations
• Record and track client and lead information using company tools (PocketSuite, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Pick up/drop off supplies as needed
• Report any property, performance, or scheduling issues to management

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or field supervision experience preferred
• Leadership & Training: Ability to train and mentor new team members to maintain company standards
• Professional, friendly, and trustworthy demeanor
• Comfortable visiting multiple job sites across Chicago
