Field Supervisor / Site Service Executive

Your Role

· Monitor project progress, track milestones and proactively identify risks or delays, reporting these to HQ General Manager.

· Coordinate with the vessels and various departments on the supply of spares and other contractor services.

· Follow safety standards, provide advisory and coordinate work carried out by service contractor.

· Work onboard vessels, to monitor service contractor at shipyards, or at anchorage as required.

· Taking ownership and responsibility on assigned projects or service jobs, ensuring their adherence toward company standards.

· Provide technical inputs and support the resolution of project challenges as they arise. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to address technical issues promptly and efficiently.

· The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential. He/She should be able to build strong relationships with internal and external team members, foster a collaborative work environment, and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

· Able to work independent

· Able to work overtime if required

Key Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in handling engineering projects in the Marine, ShipYard or Offshore Industry

· General knowledge about Marine vessel such as main engine, auxiliary engine, Electric&Automation, Boiler, propeller, BWTS, etc. General overhauling/maintenance knowledge, have the experience of project management.

· Good planning and project management skills

· Good communication skills in English and interpersonal relationships

· General understanding of key statutory regulations and classification requirements

· Possess basic understanding of engine's components spare parts, automation service as well as hydraulic and air condition systems

· Good problem solving and decision-making ability.

· Willingness to work at anchorage and open to working overtime when needed

· Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well with others

· Monitoring vessels berthing schedule & plans and communicate with all interested parties involved for ship-shore operations.

· Analytical with strong problem-solving skills

· Comfortable to handle work in marine environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft computer tools
