Field Supervisor Management Trainee - Job Description
Reports to: Field Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor

Summary:
This position is a Management Trainee role. This role requires participating and working with a 3 person crew in the day to day operations. Learning and understanding timelines, workflow and necessary tools to complete each job. While also making sure deadlines are met and work is preformed in a clean efficient and safe manner.

Job Duties:

• Receives daily work orders and delegates to crew the most effective way of completing tasks.
• Makes sure work being that is being preformed is being done in a safe and clean environment.
• Responsible for the equipment that is being used by making sure that they are serviced and in proper working order.
• Capable of making sure the other techs are following through with training set forth by Trainer
• Ultimately responsible for materials and equipment pulled each day for daily jobs.
• Responsible for making sure that tools and materials are collected and returned to the warehouse daily.
• Understating each tool and its function as it applies to Simply Demo
• Keeping work area and job site clean and free of debris at all times
• Understanding the Simply Demo step by step process of disassembly following guidelines set by trainer and or manager and making sure techs follow protocol.

• Responsible for daily feed back to superiors.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of debris
• Understanding when and how to assist superiors on a daily basis
• Knowledge of health and safety equipment and location on each job on a daily basis
• Be equipped with appropriate PPE at all times and making sure techs are as well.
• Assist in building and installing platforms, scaffolding, ramps and ladders
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulation

Requirements:

• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers license with a good driving record a must!
• Osha 30 hr training course 90 days after hire.
• Knowledge of specific tools, materials, methods and equipment required to complete various practices
• Ability to work both independently with no supervision, and as part of a team
• Time management skills
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and cary out strenuous physical tasks
• Speak, read, and write English
• Complete a 12 week probationary period
• Complete a 6 month training period
• Complete 1 year in the field experience after training before applying for other positions

Work Conditions:

• Ability to work with hand tool, power tools, small equipment, and materials
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the entire work day
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Requires a good manual dexterity
• Excellent stamina is required

• Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
• Comfortable working as Salary based pay with commission (Piece work)
• Must be able to work Weekdays Between hrs of 7-4

Job Type: Full-time
