Field Support Coordinator

Weathervane is a Home Performance Contractor in the Mass Save Program. We provide Energy Assessments, Insulation, and HVAC solutions to residential homeowners in Massachusetts. We are looking to add a team member to our back-office weatherization administrative staff that supports the daily field operations.

Responsibilities

Scheduling/Logistics

- Customer communication by phone/text/email confirming appointments, shuffling jobs, filling openings, etc.

- Working with Field Managers to optimize calendar and utilize install teams

- Basic customer service and follow-up appointment setting

- Preparing job folders for the install teams

- Providing change orders for the install teams while they're in the field

- Submit projects to Lead Vendors for approvals

Invoicing

- Prepare and submit invoices to a variety of Program Lead Vendors

- Update internal record keeping through CRM

- Follow up on project fails and outstanding items

- Detail oriented mindset and advanced organizational skills are a must

Requirements

- Organized and detail oriented

- Adequate written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with the Mass Save Program or residential construction is a plus

- Bilingual capability is a plus

- Monday.com or QuickBooks experience is a plus

- Full time in office Monday-Friday; flexible schedule

Compensation

- Hourly pay $20-$24
