Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Field Support Manager to lead our on-site support teams and ensure seamless execution of installation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee field operations, manage diverse teams, and drive customer success through effective leadership, communication, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field support teams to deliver exceptional installation services across multiple locations.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and personnel to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide clear guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement, cost savings, and enhanced customer experience.
- Manage client negotiations related to service delivery, timelines, and scope adjustments.
- Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and assisting in the development of tailored solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within a field service or installation environment.
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and develop strategic solutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Effective negotiation skills to manage client expectations and secure project agreements.
- Background in sales or business development is advantageous.
