Visual Communications Specialist

Visual Communications Specialist – The Visual Communications Specialist leads the planning, execution, and production of high quality photo and video content to support marketing and communications initiatives. This role owns the end to end visual production process—from concept development and on site shoots through post production, asset management, and final delivery—ensuring brand standards, quality, and timelines are met. Working closely with Marketing Communications, Product Management, and internal stakeholders, the Specialist serves as a key creative and technical resource while continually advancing visual production capabilities, tools, and techniques. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in photography, videography, multimedia, or a related field is preferred. Three years of experience in photography and/or videography production is preferred. Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DSLR or mirrorless camera systems is required. Basic audio recording and cleanup (microphones, voiceover integration) experience preferred.
