Technical Support Specialist (Hay Tools Products)

  • As a member of the Product Support team, this individual serves as the subject matter expert for set group of products (hay tools) and supports KNA personnel and dealers in resolving after sales service issues. Responsibilities include collaborating with other KNA departments to diagnose & resolve service and performance issues, reviewing and processing warranty claims, developing service bulletins and service instructions, along with creating and presenting training material. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in agricultural mechanics or agricultural engineering technology is preferred. The position requires knowledge and skills in the areas of customer service, mechanics/repair, electronics, and hydraulics.
