Field Surveyor - Road

Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Field Surveyor (Road) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, topographic, and road alignment surveys using GPS, Total Station, and Auto Level equipment.
• Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference lines for road construction works.
• Verify setting-out works for earthworks, pavement, drainage, and structures to ensure compliance with drawings.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, drawings, and as-built data for project documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to resolve discrepancies between design and site conditions.
• Ensure survey works comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of surveying experience, preferably in road and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in survey instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) and relevant software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Strong knowledge of road alignment, levels, and setting-out procedures.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and road design standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills with site teams and consultants.
