Position Summary
The Field Team Registered Nurse provides high-quality virtual clinical support, assessments, and patient encounters using Microsoft Teams. This role supports multiple field locations by conducting telehealth assessments, reviewing patient needs, and ensuring continuity of care. This position requires strong communication, clinical decision-making, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Telehealth & Clinical Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via Microsoft Teams, including medical history, symptom review, and visual evaluations.
- Provide clinical recommendations, guidance, and treatment support within the RN scope of practice.
- Assist patients virtually with medication education, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.
- Support specimen collection, procedures, or onsite tasks by guiding onsite personnel as needed.
- Monitor for concerning symptoms during virtual encounters and escalate appropriately.
Field & Operational Support
- Provide virtual support to multiple field sites, adjusting to varying schedules and operational needs.
- Participate in meetings, patient case reviews, and care coordination via Teams.
- Document all assessments and encounters in the EMR system accurately and in real time.
