About the Role

Are you looking to start a hands-on career in the construction or energy industry?
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Field Technician to join our team!

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced crew members to help build, maintain, and protect vital infrastructure such as pipelines and facilities. You’ll gain real-world experience in both construction operations and corrosion protection systems—with opportunities for training, certification, and career advancement.

What You’ll Do

  • Help install and maintain cathodic protection systems (used to prevent corrosion on pipelines and tanks).
  • Operate field and construction equipment safely (training provided).
  • Assist with digging, equipment setup, material handling, and site cleanup.
  • Support inspection and testing work such as pipeline surveys and corrosion monitoring.
  • Locate underground utilities and verify inspection digs.
  • Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Follow all company safety rules and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Physically able to lift and carry heavy materials.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for short work rotations (1–3 weeks at a time).
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Training provided in construction safety, corrosion prevention, and field operations.
  • Opportunities to earn industry certifications (like NACE CP1) and advance your career.
  • Competitive wages and benefits.
  • Travel and per diem opportunities for field work.
  • Be part of a supportive team that values safety, quality, and growth.
