Field Technician – Smart Home, Satellite & Starlink (Paid Training + Company Vehicle)

What You’ll Do:

Install and service Starlink internet systems (dish mounting, cabling, router setup)
Install and service Dish satellite equipment
Set up smart home and security devices (Ring, Google, SimpliSafe, etc.)
Deliver and activate mobile devices through Boost Mobile partnership
Assist customers with device setup, data transfer, and number porting
Educate customers on their new technology to ensure a great experience
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services (earn extra income through on-site sales)

What We’re Looking For:

21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable using tools, ladders (up to 40 ft), and working outdoors
Strong customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Tech-savvy (experience preferred, but we provide paid training)

Physical Requirements:

Climb ladders and work at heights
Work in attics and confined spaces
Lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Work in various weather conditions

Pay & Earning Potential:

$17–$25/hour average first year
Top performers can earn $25+/hour with incentives
Additional income through on-site sales opportunities
