Job Summary

AR Farhan Private Limited is looking for hardworking and responsible Field Technicians to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for cleaning solar panels and assisting with field operations at client locations.

No prior solar panel cleaning experience is required. The company will provide complete training to the selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Clean solar panels at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Handle cleaning equipment and tools properly.
• Take before and after photos of completed work.
• Maintain professional behavior at client locations.
• Report any issues or damage observed during service.
• Ensure work is completed according to company quality standards.
• Assist the team leader in field operations.

Requirements

• Matric, Intermediate, or equivalent qualification.
• Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor environments.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Prior field work experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
