Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Solar Panel Cleaner role based in Karāchi. The Solar Panel Cleaner will be responsible for safely cleaning and maintaining rooftop and ground-mounted solar panels to ensure optimal system performance. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting panels for dirt, debris, and damage; using approved cleaning tools and solutions; and following strict safety protocols when working at heights or on rooftops. The role involves preparing and organizing equipment, setting up ladders or access systems, and maintaining a clean and secure work area. The Solar Panel Cleaner will also document work performed, report any issues or potential hazards to supervisors, and coordinate with installation and maintenance teams to support overall system reliability.
Qualifications

Ability to perform physical work, including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working at heights for extended periods.

Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, use of hand tools, and safe handling of cleaning solutions.

Awareness of safety practices related to working on rooftops and near electrical equipment; willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required protective gear.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visible damage, shading issues, or obstructions on and around solar panels.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, technicians, and other team members.

Previous experience in solar, construction, facilities maintenance, or a similar field is preferred but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; training will be provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
