The Field Testing Coordinator oversees the field testing process for all BD Inc. brands, including managing the shipping, tracking, and retrieval of products from external testers. The role involves collecting and organizing user feedback, conducting both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and presenting actionable insights to the design team through initial feedback, ongoing field-use reports, and final summary reports. The coordinator is responsible for representing the users' experiences and perspectives, ensuring their voices are accurately reflected in all communications with the design team. Additionally, the coordinator manages the QA Demo Stash, ensuring the proper distribution, return and tracking of demo products.
Skills and general experience:
Required:
Proficiency in computer applications, including database management, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data, with the ability to identify trends and communicate findings effectively in both written and verbal reports.
Active participation in the sports we serve.
Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Attention to detail, strong articulation, and the ability to project a professional company image.
Preferred: All of above, plus Strong Statistical background and experience with ISO 9001.
Alternative qualification: 3+ years data analysis and testing experience in Outdoor Industry

General physical requirements: Light work; occasional Medium to Heavy work.
Visual acuity requirements: Close vision, Color Vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception, Ability to adjust focus.

Physical working conditions: Oils, Inside atmosphere, Hazards.
