Job Description


• Identify and implement training strategies to be carried out in logistics field operations.

• Continuously review and improve processes to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

• Conduct training needs analysis for field personnel and design programs aligned with corporate objectives.

• Develop, update, and manage training materials and content.

• Be responsible for executing field personnel training processes and collaborating with trainers.

• Create individual and team-based development plans to support the growth of field personnel.

• Manage performance evaluation processes and report the results.

• Keep training content up to date by following logistics trends.

• Plan and report ad-hoc trainings after identifying process deviations.

• Track and report field personnel trainings through meaningful dashboards.

• Maintain standard operational procedures by taking operational process changes as a reference and ensuring related field trainings are delivered.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Psychological Counseling, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in training management or logistics.

• Proficiency in preparing and delivering training materials.

• Advanced level of English proficiency.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Preferably experienced in using LMS systems and digital learning technologies, with familiarity in digital transformation processes in training.
