Field Training Tech Support

General Responsibility:

The Field Training Support will be responsible for supporting field personnel in the implementation of time and attendance systems. This is a hybrid position working with Human Resources and Information Technology Department.

Significant Duties:

• FTS are Responsible for training Installers, Foreman and Superintendents on job sites that are not following Time and Attendance SOPs.
• FTS will be trained on setup and functionality of time and attendance systems and will have the ability to train employees on said functionality:
• Installing app
• Punching in and out
• Requesting Sick/PTO
• Job costing (foremen and supers only)
• FTS will report issues related to time and attendance systems that come to their attention to their supervisor
• FTS will report on training outcomes, providing feedback to program participants and their supervision
• Print and assemble training materials for training sessions
• FTS will learn and champion 20/20’s core values and inspires others to do the same.
• Believes in and champions 20/20’s core values and inspires others to do the same.
• Other Duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years’ training experience, preferably in Time and Attendance
• California Class C Driver License, with good DMV record is required
• Ability to travel to multiple jobsites, which may require to occasionally stay overnight
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required, ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish
• Computer proficient and proficient with smart phones
• Ability to learn Electronic Time & Attendance Systems
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to use critical thinking to effectively understand technical issues
• Ability to handle a high volume, fast paced work environment
• Communicate effectively, in oral and written form, with all parties to ensure collaboration
• Detail oriented ability to prioritize with strong organization skills
• Operate with little immediate supervision
• Analytical skills are of great importance

Physical Requirements: The position of FTS requires prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift 15lbs at time and lift objects that weight up to 15 pounds. Frequent driving to jobsites will be necessary, ability to walk on uneven unclean terrain for several hours. Frequent driving to jobsites will be necessary,
