We are seeking a
sharp, dependable, and highly motivated Field and Warehouse Assistant
who is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within our company and eventually take on a key role in
operations management
.
This is a
full-time, flexible, hands-on position
for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to take on a
large and varied set of responsibilities
. We are looking for a true
jack-of-all-trades
with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn every aspect of the business.
This role offers significant room for growth, with the opportunity to develop into a leadership position overseeing warehouse operations, purchasing, logistics, and field scheduling.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Immediate responsibilities include:

Receive, inspect, and ship orders
-
Program equipment and prepare units for deployment
-
Deliver materials, equipment, and completed orders
-
Manage warehouse organization, inventory, and daily operations
-
Assist with building issues, general maintenance, and upkeep
-
Operate forklift equipment safely
-
Build and ship Skyguard boxes
-
Provide backup support for field work, including some public works (PW) assignments
-
Assist our technicians/installers in the field as needed
-
Support project teams with onsite deliveries, setup, and installation assistance
Future growth responsibilities may include:
-
Purchasing and vendor coordination
-
Logistics planning for ERRCS/DAS and related projects
-
Field scheduling and workforce coordination
-
Operational support and process improvement
-
Taking on broader day-to-day operations responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-
Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-
Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work

Must be open to flexibility in daily responsibilities and scheduling

Willingness to assist technicians/installers in the field as operational needs require

Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Comfortable driving throughout the Bay Area

QuickBooks experience a plus
