Job Overview

Looking for an experienced Field Engineer – Renovation & Fit-Out to oversee and manage on-site execution of renovation and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural knowledge, hands-on site supervision experience, and excellent coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for renovation and fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
• Monitor project timelines, progress, manpower, and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical challenges, and implementation obstacles.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.
• Ensure site work complies with UAE construction regulations and company standards.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation and fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Strong technical understanding of architectural, execution, and shop drawings.
• Proven experience in site supervision, subcontractor management, and project coordination
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
