Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Figma Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our Designing Team. The ideal candidate will create high-quality UI/UX designs, interactive prototypes, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to bring digital products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs using Figma for mobile and web applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices across projects.
• Conduct research and implement user-centered design principles to improve usability and engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new features and products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Figma Designer or UI/UX Designer.
• Strong Figma skills and familiarity with other design tools (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Good understanding of user experience principles and mobile/web design standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web interfaces.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools and basic front-end development concepts.
