Figma Designer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Figma Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, along with hands-on experience in complex systems such as CRMs, ERPs, dashboards, and admin panels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web applications and mobile apps
• Create user-centric designs for CRM systems, ERP solutions, admin panels, dashboards, and customer portals
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Maintain and scale design systems, components, and style guides
• Conduct design improvements based on feedback and usability best practices
• Create engaging banner designs and marketing creatives for digital platforms
• Utilize Figma AI tools/plugins to enhance design efficiency and workflow

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX or Figma Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Web applications
• Mobile app designs
• CRM / ERP systems
• Dashboards & admin panels
• Banner and marketing creatives
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, analytics panels)
• Understanding of user experience principles and usability standards
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
• Experience with Figma AI tools/plugins is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
