Figma Designer — Full-Time

Cloud Lab Private Limited looking for a Figma designer who understands that great digital experiences aren’t just made they’re crafted.

What You’ll Do

• Translate briefs into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Build clean, well-organized Figma files using components, variants, auto-layout, and meaningful naming.
• Create intuitive, elegant interfaces for web and mobile.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth, accurate handoff.
• Explore design concepts, present options, and articulate your thinking with clarity.
• Maintain consistency across screens, systems, and design patterns.

What We Look For

• Solid experience in UI/UX design with a strong Figma-based portfolio.
• Understanding of layout, hierarchy, grid systems, and spacing that feels intentional.
• Strong grip on color, typography, and visual rhythm.
• Comfort designing for both desktop and mobile environments.
• Ability to turn unstructured requirements into clean, structured solutions.
• Curiosity, clarity, and a sense of ownership over your work.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Figma (1 year preferred).
• Strong UI skills with a grounded understanding of UX.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Clear communication — both visually and verbally.

A portfolio that reflects craft, clarity, and heart.

Probation & Contract Details

Contract Duration:
You will be employed on a one-year contract, which begins after the completion of the probation period.
The first three (03) months of employment will be considered your probation period.

Probation Period:

• Duration: 03 months
• Monthly Salary During Probation: Rs. 35,000
• Performance and conduct will be reviewed throughout the probation period.

Salary Appraisal Clause

Upon the successful completion of the probation period, and based on the positive performance evaluation and feedback from your immediate Project Manager, you will be eligible for a monthly salary appraisal of up to Rs. 5,000.

The final appraisal amount will be determined by the company after reviewing your performance, consistency, and overall contribution during the probation period.

10:00 AM- 6:00 PM ( Monday to Friday)
