Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Figma Designer with strong experience in UI/UX and IT product design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing clean, user-friendly, and innovative product interfaces using Figma and related tools. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and the product team to bring ideas to life and ensure the best user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design modern, intuitive, and visually appealing UI layouts and prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product visuals and experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain design systems, components, and guidelines for consistency across projects.
• Understand user feedback and analytics to improve UI/UX design quality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design and Figma-based product design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience in creating designs for SaaS, ERP, CRM, or IT-based products preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
