Figma Digital Product Designer - Full Time / Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer with advanced Figma expertise and a strong portfolio of Shopify-based work. This role requires a detail-oriented designer who understands both UX and UI principles, and how they apply specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-converting Shopify storefronts, landing pages, and product pages using Figma.
• Work closely with our developers and marketing strategists to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.
• Conduct UX audits and propose design improvements based on user behavior and conversion data.
• Translate brand guidelines and product goals into clean, intuitive, and responsive designs.
• Deliver polished design files, style guides, and clickable prototypes.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain consistency and elevate the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing for Shopify brands (please include portfolio links).
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and modern eCommerce UX best practices.
• Ability to interpret data and make design decisions that drive conversions.
• Experience designing across mobile and desktop.
• Ability to communicate design rationale and collaborate with developers effectively.

Preferred:

• Experience working with direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands generating 7–8 figures in annual revenue.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar for user behavior analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
