✨ About the Role
xiHawks is looking for a creative Figma Expert to design modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. If you’re passionate about UI/UX design, prototyping, and creating designs that users love, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities
Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma
Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable components
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Conduct user research & usability testing to improve design decisions
Translate business needs into intuitive & user-centered designs
Work on responsive & mobile-first design approaches

What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong expertise in Figma & design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD a plus)
✅ Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory
✅ Experience with prototyping & interactive design
✅ Knowledge of responsive design & cross-platform compatibility
✅ Bonus: Motion design or illustration skills
