Figma Marketing Designer

MailHike, a fast-growing eCommerce Email Marketing Agency, is seeking an experienced Figma Designer who specializes in creating high-impact, conversion-focused email designs.

Who We’re Looking For
A skilled Figma designer with a strong grasp of email marketing design—someone who can create scroll-stopping, mobile-first, and conversion-optimized visuals that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually compelling email marketing graphics aligned with client branding and campaign goals
Prototype, iterate, and refine designs in Figma, focusing on UX, hierarchy, and engagement
Collaborate closely with marketing and copywriting teams to deliver cohesive text-visual experiences
Ensure all designs are fully responsive across desktop and mobile devices
Optimize templates using performance data, A/B testing insights, open rates, and CTR
Stay updated with design trends and conversion-focused best practices
Requirements
Expert-level Figma proficiency (non-negotiable)
1–1.5+ years of experience designing for eCommerce brands
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory
A relevant portfolio showcasing marketing and email designs (applications without this will be ignored)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills
Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator
Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs650,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
